RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered.

EU customers have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked. This is your legal right and we fully honour it.

How to return: Email us at support@yesemedi.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Tell us your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. You will be refunded to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong item? If your order arrives damaged or incorrect — contact us immediately at support@yesemedi.com with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full. No arguments, man.

Made to order note: Because every piece is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns based on sizing if the size guide was available at time of purchase. Please check the size guide before ordering — and when in doubt, size up.
